He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelly Frady and Margaret Dills Frady; his wife Margie Ann Clark Frady; and his siblings, Montgomery Frady, Pauline Harvey, Louise Wally and Janie Trantham.
He is survived by: his son William James "Jim" Frady (Lynne) of Candler; his granddaughter Leah Jorgensen; and his close friend Patsy Medford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
