With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Anderson Owen (Clyde, North Carolina), who passed away on November 8, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Anderson and Georgia Messer Anderson; her husband Ray Owen; and her sister Brenda Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Jason Owen (Deanna) of Whittier and Jamie Simmons (Andy) of Waynesville; her granddaughters, Annie Simmons, Felicia Owle and Christy Owle; her sisters, Wanda Anderson of Waynesville and Janet Moore of Madison County; her nephew John Koenig (Nikki); her great-niece Georgia of Tennessee; and also Jeanie Moore of Madison County. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
