He was predeceased by: his mother Eileen Fowler; and his brother Brian Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Tracey P. Fowler; his son Matthew R. Fowler; his father Albert "Bud" Fowler; and his siblings, Lynn Kramp (Karl), Mike Fowler, David Fowler and Ed Fowler (Cathy). He is also survived by un uncle' and will be missed by his nieces and nephews.
