We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2022, at the age of 72, Samuel Lawrence Hooper (Clyde, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Zach Hooper and Ruby Rickman Hooper. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hooper; his children, James Hooper of Cruso and Tonya Maggard (Jody) of Cruso; and his grandson Dalton McGaha of Cruso. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
