It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Dale Lackey of Clyde, North Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delos Lackey and Alice Livingston Lackey; his sister Jean Cardwell; and his sister-in-law Mae Lackey. He is survived by: his wife Jean Stamey Lackey; his son Jason Lackey (Erin); his grandchildren, Vincent and Ava; and his brother Roy Lackey.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Greenhill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist the family.
