He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dexter Kelly and Melanie Dunty Kelly. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Flake of Arkansas and Kamdin Kelly; and his sisters, Lisa Kelly (Eugene Waldrop) and Tammy Kelly. He is also survived by his family and friends.
