He was predeceased by: his wife Jayne Rhinehart; his parents, Robert Rhinehart and Nellie Wilson Rhinehart; and his siblings, Tony, Bill, Earl Rhinehart, Irene Livingston, Dottie Dockery and Martha Sue Rhinehart.
He is survived by: his sons, Ray Rhinehart Jr. and Randy Rhinehart; and his brother Russell Rhinehart.
