He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe C. Webb, Sr. and Bertha Plemmons Webb; his wife Emogene Smith Webb; and his siblings, Robert Bennett, James, Neal Webb, ParaLee and Maggie Webb.
He is survived by: his sons, Dale (Beverly) of Lawrenceville, GA, Danny (Barbara) of Waynesville, Rick (Luanne) of Cary, NC and Joey (Katrinka) of Clyde; his siblings, Leon, Francis (Janet) and Carol Winchester; and his siblings-in-law, Alma Webb, Elizabeth Smith and Earl Smith. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the building fund at Calvary Road Baptist Church at 2701 Soco Road, Maggie Valley, NC 28751.
