He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Henry Blount Osborne and Maude Nelson Osborne; and his brothers, Henry Blount Osborne, Jr. and William Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Joan McElroy Osborne; his children, Thomas Osborne (Sandy) of Clyde and Penny Robinson (Derrick) of Clyde; his sisters, LouAnne Cogburn of Canton and Ernestine Parton of Waynesville; his sister-in-law Maxine Osborne; and his grandchildren, Danny Osborne (Sarah), Taylor Osborne, Makenzie Osborne, Spenser Peterson (Brad), Cameron Mattingly-Robinson (Donnie) and Madison Robinson.
Due to the COVID-19, the family requests that all attendees wear a mask at the service.
