She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Osborne and Tressa Bennett Osborne; her husband Ronald P. Dillingham, Sr.; her daughter Tami Dillingham; her sister Linda Lacey; and her great grandchild Knowledge.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Paul Dillingham, Jr. (Becky) of Waynesville, Edward Dean Dillingham of Clyde, James Allen Dillingham of Clyde and Teddy Matthew Dillingham (Valerie) of Clyde; her siblings, Kim Osborne Lewis (Steve) of Swannanoa and Paul Thomas Osborne of Black Mountain; her brother-in-law Dennis Lacey of Banner Elk; her grandchildren, Matthew, Kyle, Justin, Tyler, Tressa, Brandee "Alex", Autumn and Zak; and her great grandchildren, Emsley, Nathanyal, Payton, Dakota, Pasileagh, Penelope, Martha, Presley and Justin. She is also survived by family members and friends.
