With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lodemia Russ Hornbuckle Morris (Clyde, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 31, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hornbuckle and Susie Adcock Hornbuckle; her sons, James "Willie" Morris and Richard Morris; her siblings, Jimmy Hornbuckle, John Henry Hornbuckle and Alice Morris; and her grandson Stephen Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Morris (Rebecca), Henry Morris (Renee), Philip Morris, Melissa Lindsey, Molly Morris, Susie Morris and Sayda Astran; and her sisters, Rose Owle (Jim) and Frances Woodlief (Adlai). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 30+ great grandchildren.
