We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Linda A. White of Clyde, North Carolina, born in Cherokee, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch N. Allen and Mae Allen (Stiles) of Murphy; her husband James T. White; and her sisters, Helen Taylor, Monteen Wilson of Candler, Geraldine Sanders of Columbia, TN. and Shirley Griffith of Murphy.
She is survived by: her son Rev. Allen Scroggs (Melissa); her granddaughter Gracie Scroggs of Canton, GA; her daughter Linda Rivenbark (Don); her grandsons, Britt Rivenbark and Rylan Rivenbark (Alley); and her sisters, Jane Barnett of Acworth, GA and Eula Moore (Wendell) of Hayesville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Road Baptist Church Building Fund, 2701 Soco Road, Maggie Valley, NC 28751.
