He was predeceased by: his grandson Nicholas. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; and his children, Kevin (Teddie Jo) of Vero Beach, Guy of Wausau, WI, Jeremy (Carmen) of Waynesville, Kim of Fletcher, Dawn of Jacksonville and Jenny (Buddy) of Franklin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
