He was predeceased by: his parents, Sig Owens and Mattie Phillips Owens; and his brother Leroy Owens. He is survived by: his wife Holly Sheets Owens; his brother Tommy Owens; and his nephews, Greg, Shannon and Shawn Owens. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
