He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Noble "T. N." and Lucy Surrett Hoglen; his former wife Katherine Hoglen; and his brothers, Arthur and Ernest Hoglen.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Joyce Hoglen; and his nieces and nephews, Rhonda Justice, Ernestine Taveira, Terry and Marty Hoglen.
