He is survived by: his sons, Caleb Nicholson, Tony Greco and Shelby Stephens; his siblings, Tony Marcus (Becky) and Rebba Brandt (Jody); his grandchildren, Alexis Burell, Dakota Nicholson and Lexis Nicholson; and his nieces, Kasey Morgan and Dee Wells.
