He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Cooke and Katherine Birchfield Pressley (Lawrence). He is survived by: his wife Donna Jane Hannah Cooke; his daughter Jennifer Cooke Green (John); his granddaughter Jocelyn Green; and his brothers, Lewis Cooke and Gary Cooke (Sheila).
