She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Stafford and Blanche Stafford; her siblings, Betty Sue Pearce, Claude Stafford and Elizabeth Hanson; and her son Lewis Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Clyde Thompson Cook; and her family, Clyde and Hilda. She is also survived by her daughters and shirts and vests for her husband and sons.
