We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2022, at the age of 97, Hilda Boone of Clyde, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Newman and Sarah Harris Newman; her husband Leonard Osborne Boone; her siblings, Edith Rhodes, Evelyn Clark, Ersie Allen, Katy Hamlett, Jim Newman and Ernest Newman; and her son-in-law Ronnie Sprinkle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Sprinkle of Canton and Lynn Pressley (Mike) of Canton; her grandchildren, Page Truesdale, Amy Lowery, Carrie Thomason, Dolly Pressley Byrd and Jeremy Pressley; and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Parker Truesdale, Jake, Chandler Lowery, Louci, Lila, Sarah, Shepherd Thomason, Ellery, Evan Byrd, Jones and Freddie Pressley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
