She is survived by: her mother Beatrice Headrick Bartlett of Lafayette, GA; her children, Ashley Michelle Jackson and Johnathan Marcus Allen Jackson of Clyde; her siblings, Mary D. Fults of Chickamauga, GA, Deborah Hankins of Lexington, AL., Johnnie Faye Richardson of Lafayette, GA and Clayton Bartlett of Lafayette, GA; and her grandchildren, Payton and Camden Tibbs.
