He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ledford Phillips; his children, Matthew Phillips (Hannah Voicu) and Melanie Phillips Hawkins (Aaron); his siblings, Larry Phillips (Donna), Mike Phillips (Sarah) and Julie Lutz (Zachary); his grandchildren, Christian, Gabriel, Blake and Brittany; his great grandchild Everleigh; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Ledford (Lisa) and Sharon Ledford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
