It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Scroggs (Clyde, North Carolina), born in Murphy, North Carolina, who passed away on March 29, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Mulkey and Myrtle Mulkey; and her child Jody Fred Scroggs. She is survived by: her husband John C. Scroggs of Brasstown, NC.; her children, Justin Scroggs (Jane) of Cullowhee, NC, Jennie Scroggs Ienzer (Didier) of Nice, France and Jill Scroggs Silverboard (Reid) of Largo, FL; her granddaughters, Emma Ienzer, Laura Silverboard and Rachel Silverboard; and her daughter Jeri.
