He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Sherrill and Audrey Sherrill. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Sylvia Burns, Matthew Beck (Angie), John Lyndon Chafin and Angie Chafin; his grandchildren, Natasha Burns (Shawn McCoy), Andrew Davis (Nicole Case), Jessica Rathbone (Ryan), Heather Hoglen, Michele Coward (Nick), Hunter Chafin and Austyn Turner; his great grandchildren, Zander, Ella, Dawson, Henllee, John Weaver, Niem, Collin, Kasper, Peyton and Kloey; his brother-in-law James Crawford (Joy); and his close friends, Adam and Elizabeth Bohler. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
