She is survived by: her husband Seferino Garcia; her children, Debbie Fitzgibbon, Sarah Macias, Eddie Smith and Howard Tumlin; and her sister Mary Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
