He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Lewis and Hazel Clontz Lewis Henderson; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Conard and Bobby Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Lewis; his stepson Jason Alan Plemmons; and his siblings, Jess Lewis (Bonnie), Shirley Shepherd, Jane Ann Conard and Aileen Cox.
