He is survived by: his parents, Frank Frizzell and Patricia Griffin Frizzell (Griffin) of Cruso; his wife Tabitha Frizzell (Head); his siblings, Tommy Frizzell, Darrell Frizzell and Tammy Frizzell; and his children, Ebb Frizzell and Nancy Frizzell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
