He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Roland; his wife Lorraine Brock Ray; and his son Charles Jason Ray. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Wilson (Billy) of Fletcher and David Ray (Billie) of Clyde; his grandchildren, Mark Wilson (Crista), Allison Thacker (Johnathan) and Zachery Ray (Jacklyne Metcalf); and his great grandchildren, Blake Wilson, Jace Wilson, Elise Thacker, Aidan Thacker and Merida Ray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
