She is survived by: her husband Jess Lewis; her children, Terry Dale Lewis, Gary Wayne Lewis and Roger Dean Lewis; her grandchildren, Shaina Lewis Peek (Jonathan), Heather Renee Lewis, Taylor Jenkins Cary and Molly Lewis Middleton (Tanner); and her great grandchildren, Elijah Connor Peek, Elyssa Joy Peek, Maddex Everett Lewis, Eli Wayne Cary and Isla Rain Cary.
