She was predeceased by: her parents, Fate Owenby and Faye Duvall Owenby; and her siblings, Helen Owenby, Jack, Vernon, Don, Morris and Joe Owenby.
She is survived by: her husband Ray James; her children, Denise Bottoms and Billy Ray James, Jr.; her sister Barbara Gaffney (Tom); her grandsons, Robert James (Leanne), Jacob James (Brooke), Jason Bottoms (Anna) and Steven Bottoms; her great grandchildren, Hank and Tucker; and also, Joe and Kim. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
