She was predeceased by: her parents, Brooks Stafford and Laura Stafford; her husband Clyde Morris; and her siblings, William Stafford, James Stafford and Inez Morris.

She is survived by: her daughter Gaynelle Brown (John Shen) of New London; her grandchildren, Terran Mackman (Darren) and Lauren Pettyjohn (Kyle) of Phoenix, AZ; her great grandchild Kylah Pettyjohn; and her niece Phebe Corbett.
