He is survived by: his children, Tracy Harlan of Turkey, NC, Farrah Harlan of Clinton, NC, Stephen Shane Harlan of Clinton, NC and Travis Harlan of Clinton, NC; and his sister Glenda Fearnow of Kokomo, IN. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
