She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Freeman (Neal) of Bolton, NC., Nelson Christopher Jacobs, Jr. of Clinton, NC., Patrick Lee Jacobs of Clinton, NC. and Jonathon Ray Jacobs (Kelli) of Clinton, NC.; her sister Terry Edwards of Lillington, NC.; and her grandchildren, Jakob Nelson Honeycutt, Connor Tate Honeycutt, Karley Simone Freeman and River James Jacobs.
