Blakely, Jr. of Fayetteville; his brothers, Don Blakely of Maryland and Mark Blakely of Florida; his mother Carolyn R. Blakely of Florida; and his granddaughters, Karlie Blakely and Ellie May Blakely. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
