She is survived by: her son Louis Strickland (Sharee); her grandsons, Christopher Strickland (Madas) and Edward Strickland (Cameron); her niece Carolyn Jacobs (Randy); her goddaughter Stephanie Lindsay; and her nieces and nephews, Dianne Hora, Teresa Hall, Rita Wynn, Robin Wynn, Larry Faircloth and J. E. Faircloth. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
