He is survived by: his wife Carol Strickland Burchette; his children, Christi Lynn Blackburn (Jay) of Clinton, Kenneth DeWayne Burchette (Brenda) of Roseboro, Randy Lee Burchette (Cindi) of Clinton and James Robert Burchette of Autryville; his stepdaughter Karen Daughtry of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Christina Jones (James), Jillian McLamb (Trey), Jared Burchette, Crystal Sessoms (Phillip), Jameson Burchette, Jenna Burchette, Katelyn Fox (Curtis) and Tyler Blackburn (Rickilyn); and his siblings, Debra Sayers, Joyce Kay Davis of Lumberton, Joann Ivey of Broadridge and David Burchette of Lexington. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
