It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Wesley Ballance (Clinton, North Carolina), who passed away on February 5, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Jimmy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jimmy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Wesley Ballance. He is survived by: his mother Helen Clifton Ballance; his wife Barbara Jean Raynor Ballance; his daughters, Kelly Stancil (Eric) and Mallory DeLuca (J. B.); his grandchildren, Connor Stancil, John Luke DeLuca and Carson DeLuca; and his brother Hardy Ballance (Angie).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church (3949 Taylors Bridge Hwy, Clinton, NC 28328). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
