He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Moore, Sr. and Evangeline Hobbs Moore. He is survived by: his sons, James F. Moore III (Lynne) and Jon Scott Moore (Violet White); his grandchildren, Clay Moore, Matthew Halbach (Alyssa), Eric Halbach (Linda) and Katelyn Hester (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Halbach, Nicholas Halbach, Lily Hester and Mason Hester; and his sister Carolyn Ballard of New Bern. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
