She is survived by: her daughters, Shalonda Robinson of Clinton, NC and Takeshia Robinson of Clinton, NC; her grandchildren, Zeonta Mimms of Clinton, NC, Z'Elliott Draughon of Clinton, NC, Alexander McLean Jr. of Clinton, NC and Zakaryia Draughon of Clinton, NC; and her siblings, Debbie Beard of Clinton, NC, Diane Pickney of Florida, Malissa Joyce Mimms of Alaska, Edward Mimms of Clinton, NC and Roy Mimms (Mary) of Florida. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hope Valley Hawkins Funeral Chapel (1246 Hobbton Hwy, Clinton, NC 28328). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Olivet Institutional Baptist Church (537 McKoy St, Clinton, NC 28328).
