With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fletcher Pearson Sr. (Clinton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 2, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Richardson Pearson and Mary Elizabeth Fletcher Pearson of McColl, SC.. He is survived by: his wife Frances Wilson Pearson; his children, Susan Pearson Crisp (Jim) of Crozet, VA. and Richard Fletcher Pearson, Jr. (Sandra) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Pagels (Charlie), Sara Averitt (Jay), Jill Fletcher (C. J.), Maria Pearson and Wil Pearson; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Ivy Pagels, Grayson, Anna Brooks Averitt, Porter and Collins Fletcher.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (208 Sampson St, Clinton, NC 28328).
