She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Ashford Brewington and Mary Virginia Jones Brewington; her husband James Hardy Brewington; her sons, Hardy Linwood Brewington and Alford Lee Brewington; her siblings, Freddy, Cornelius, Hubert, Thomas Brewington, Janie Ruth Brewington and Melrose Brewington Carter; her daughters, Sue Faircloth (Chris) and Loria Whaley (Billy); and her siblings, Mary Raines (Russell) and Bertus Brewington (Rosie). She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
