He is survived by: his wife Dianne Faircloth Hora; his children, Carolyn Jacobs (Randy), Dwayne Edward Williard (Shelia) and Stephanie Lindsay (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Audrey Jacobs, Dwayne Williard, Jr. (Kaitlyn), Spencer Jacobs (Maddy), Jonathan Jacobs (Rachel), Austin Williard, Logan Williard, Wesley Royal, Brian Royal and Aiyana Lindsay; his great grandchildren, James, Lyla, Matthew and Lauryn Grace; and his extended family, Cordell Dougherty, Andrea O'Naghten and Lee-Anne Dougherty of Miami Beach.
