He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Partida; and his stepfather David Partida (David Knowles). He is survived by: his father Hubert Glenn Thornton; his wife Amanda; his stepdaughter Amanda Thornton of Clinton; and his siblings, Terrance Ryan Thornton, Tracey Glen Thornton and Ashley Merritt.
