She is survived by: her parents, Percy Carter and Farrell Rose Carter; her husband Kent Bell; her sons, Kirk Bell (Hannah) of Kenansville and Kullen Bell (Courtney Merritt) of Clinton; her grandchildren, Keegan Bell, Blakeley Bell, Whitley Grace Bell, Hugh Bell and Kolston Bell; and her brothers, Tim Carter (Karen) of Clinton and Ron Carter (Kristy) of Clinton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other extended family members and friends.
