He was predeceased by: his parents, Burrell J. Williamson, Sr. and Elma Lanier Williamson; and his sister Pauline Pruitt. He is survived by: his wife Constance Barefoot Williamson; his children, Trent (Jacqueline), Tyson and Burl Williamson Ill (Lizzie); his sisters, Faye Little of Ocala and Jane Teague of Raleigh; and his significant other Tide. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
