He is survived by: his girlfriend Joyce McGrath; his daughters, Andrea Petifer (Otis), Erica Underwood and Melissa Jones (Dani) of Greensboro, NC.; his stepchildren, Travis McGrath (Tara), Troy McGrath of Elizabethton, TN., Tiffany McGrath-Taylor (Sly) of Houston, TX and Tonya Stewart (Mike) of Elizabethton, TN.; and his siblings, Carol Cox and Reverend Thaddeus Godwin (Eloise) of Clinton.
