It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Algernon Brown Jr. of Clinton, North Carolina, who passed away on August 22, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, A. D. Brown Sr. and Julia Eleanor Brown. He is survived by: his friend David Pulley; his cousins, Peggy Frederick Smith and Lynn Frederick Williamson; and his close friend Kacey Register.
