She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Cothren and Ruth Pruitt Cothren; her husband Avril Pardue; and her brother Edsel Cothren. She is survived by: her children, Michael A. Pardue (Elizabeth) of Yadkinville and Michelle Pardue Anderson (Mark) of Clingman; her granddaughter Ireland Elizabeth Pardue; and her cousin Louise Jordan.
