She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Vance and Bessie Smith Pardue; her husband Blaine Mathis; and her siblings, Lucille Pardue, Carrie Redding and George Gray Pardue.
She is survived by: her sister Robbie Griffith of Ronda; her friend Betty Crabbe of Traphill; and her daughter Reagan.
