Riggins and Jason Peltier; his great grandchildren, Hope Loflin, Amilliana Scott, Rashaun Loflin, Hero Loflin, Matthew Ezell, Lauren Ezell, Blake Woolard and Eva Peltier; his son-in-law Joseph Peltier; his sister-in-law Laura Riggins; and his friends, Moses Cone Hospital and George.
