She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burnell and Mabel Burnell. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Beasley (Greensboro), Angel Routh (Climax) and John Routh (Climax); her sisters, Patsy Sizemore (Liberty) and Betty Colman (Jamestown); and her close friend Genela McCraw. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Jackie to the Alzheimer's Association.
